Please do not attempt to gain egress to the Race HQ grounds by car as the roads will be closed. Marshals move around the course based on runners pace at no slower than 13.5mins per mile. The sweep vehicle travels at a pace of 13.5 minutes per mile and any runners slower than 13.5mins per mile will be politely requested to withdraw, transport back to the Race HQ will be provided..
